
Hi, I’m Sam, the founder of Alms Coaching and Wellness. My mission is to help individuals reach their full health and wellness potential through personalized coaching that blends science, experience, and compassion. My background in exercise instruction and supervision stems from my experience as a physical therapy aide, during which time I guided patients through exercise as prescribed by a licensed physical therapist.
As a certified personal trainer through ACE, I’m dedicated to creating a coaching experience that is as unique as each of my clients. I take a supportive, teaching-focused approach to fitness. I believe in empowering you to make sustainable, realistic habits that fit seamlessly into your life. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to refine your existing routine, I work with you to build a foundation of healthy habits that will last long after our sessions end.
What sets my coaching apart is my commitment to compassionate accountability. Together, we will set achievable goals and make steady progress toward them. My goal is to provide the right balance of challenge and support, so you feel confident in your ability to thrive in every aspect of your wellness journey.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time in nature, diving into a good book, or unwinding with a game. I believe that wellness is about more than just exercise: it’s about cultivating balance, mental clarity, and joy in all areas of life. I am presently pursuing further education as a physical therapy assistant.
