Privacy
I collect only the information necessary to provide coaching services effectively. This includes contact details, health and fitness information, and coaching history. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required. Communication via email or messaging platforms may not be encrypted; sensitive information should be shared accordingly. You may request deletion of your records at any time. Without specific requests for deletion, records may be held for 2 years following the cessation of our trainer-client relationship.
Communication
Text support responses will be provided within 48 hours for most plans and 12 hours for the Full Access tier, during weekday and weekend hours of 8am to 8pm Eastern Time. Complex questions may require more time or be addressed during check-ins or live sessions. Cancellations must be requested via email within the appropriate time frames; please refer to the Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies for further details. Inappropriate, excessive, or off-topic communication may result in clarified boundaries or termination of services.
Rescheduling
All live sessions, including check-ins and support sessions, require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, with consideration given for extenuating circumstances. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Missed sessions and unsubmitted check-ins do not roll over or accumulate, and repeated late rescheduling may result in a loss of scheduling priority.
Program Cancellation
You may cancel your coaching or training service at any time. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your renewal date. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing via email, and consideration will be given for extenuating circumstances. All services are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Partial months will not be refunded, and if you cancel after a new billing cycle starts, you will retain access until the end of that cycle.
Payment and Refund
All services are billed monthly, with payments processed via PayPal. Upon signing up for a program, clients will receive an invoice for the first billing cycle. Subsequent payments will be automatically invoiced at the start of each billing period. Payments are due in full by the indicated due date on each invoice.
PayPal accounts or credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the correct payment information is provided, and any issues with payments (e.g., incorrect card details) must be resolved by the client directly with PayPal.
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee after 5 days past the due date. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
All services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Partial months will not be refunded. If a client decides to cancel after the start of a new billing cycle, they will retain access to services until the end of that cycle. Any discrepancies with invoices must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice. After this period, the invoice will be considered final, and no further disputes will be accepted.
Client Commitment
By enrolling in any tier, you acknowledge the mutual responsibilities required for an effective coaching relationship. Clients commit to active participation, including completing onboarding fully, attending scheduled sessions, and submitting requested updates or form checks on time. Consistent communication is required to ensure progress. Full engagement and transparency are crucial for achieving results.
Coach Commitment
As your coach, I will deliver the services outlined in your selected program, providing timely programming, feedback, and support. I will maintain professionalism, clarity, and respect in all interactions and ensure that services are adjusted based on your progress within the scope of the program. I will communicate any changes or limitations in my availability and work with you to keep you on track with your goals.
